Alex Palou

Alex Palou is a three-time INDYCAR SERIES champion (2021, 2023, 2024), and winner of the 109th Indianapolis 500, making history as the first Spaniard to win both an INDYCAR title and Indy 500 championship. He clinched the 2023 championship with a "win and clinch" at Portland, becoming the first driver since 2007 to secure the title before the season finale. Driving for Chip Ganassi Racing, Palou has also competed and won in Euroformula Open, Spanish Formula 3, GP3, Japanese Formula 3, and Super Formula, where he was 2019 Rookie of the Year. Off track, Palou speaks three languages — Spanish, English, and Italian — and enjoys sports, outdoor activities, and music. He’s also a passionate pickleball player. His interest in racing sparked when he saw a go-kart track while walking to school with his father in Spain.
